Oliver Schubert
After studying mechanical engineering, Oliver began his professional career as a consultant and project manager in the manufacturing industry. He began his industrial career at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, where he held various positions, most recently as head of the factory and logistics planning department. He held various management positions at international level at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, for example as Director Group Supply Chain/Manufacturing and Quality, as Plant Manager of a truck and component plant, and as CEO of MAN Star Trucks Buses. As a member of the Executive Board, he managed the international production network of Schmitz Cargobull AG. As Managing Director/COO of DORMA Holding, he was responsible for research development, purchasing and 25 international plants. Most recently, Oliver was CEO/Chairman of the Board of the Austrian automotive supplier ZKW Group GmbH, which is part of the South Korean LG Group. As a member of the management board and board of directors, he was thus able to work in international, listed high-tech groups as well as in large medium-sized family businesses for 17 years and shape companies strategically and operationally before joining MEYER UND SÖHNE . He also contributes his experience on advisory boards, supervisory boards and associations.
