Knowing yourself and your impact on the outside world is crucial for authentic leadership and teamwork. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our diagnostics help to analyze leadership competencies and potential, as well as fits for leadership roles, in order to predict professional success in the environment under consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use Hogan Assessments, a globally recognized, standardized procedure for internal and external personnel selection. This is evidence-based, reliable, fair and provides robust results and offers the following benefits: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Correlation between personality and career success: The Hogan Assessment provides our clients with valuable data for important personnel decisions, particularly in the area of selection and the development of their high potentials and formulates a correlation between personality and career success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
