His career builds on extensive experience advising boards, executives and senior leaders on growth strategy, leadership capability and organizational transformation.

Before founding Defence Principals, Allan successfully built and exited several entrepreneurial ventures, giving him deep expertise in innovation, business strategy, organizational design and international expansion. He has advised companies across Europe on leadership succession, governance and transformation — combining entrepreneurial pragmatism with structured advisory work. His particular sector expertise lies within Defence Manufacturing and Dual-Use Technology, where he connects senior leaders with mission-critical organizations across Europe.
