Max Meyer

In 2009, Max joined the newly founded Executive Search Consultancy MEYER UND SÖHNE as a working student during his A-levels. After graduating from high school, he spent some time in Los Angeles as an assistant to the managing director of a renowned sports club. He then gained further experience at MEYER UND SÖHNE as a research consultant during his studies. After completing his degree in business administration at the University of Greifswald, he moved to Odgers Berndtson, one of the “Big Six” global Executive Search consultancies. At Odgers Berndtson, he quickly progressed through various roles from Associate to Team Leader for the German Manufacturing Practice, making him one of the youngest team leads in the company. He returned to MEYER UND SÖHNE in 2022 and today leads search mandates for clients in the industrial sector. He also heads the company's.
