Marcus Meyer

After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, Marcus worked for the Treuhandanstalt as HR manager of the Chemnitz branch office, where he was responsible for managing directors and board members of former state-owned enterprises (VEB). He then joined Kienbaum Partner, fulfilling his early career ambition to become an Executive Search consultant. Further positions in the industry included KornFerry International and Deininger Unternehmensberatung, but also several years on the “other side of the table” as HR manager of a logistics service provider. He founded MEYER UND SÖHNE in 2009 and has been President of our international network, the ECI GROUP, since 2019. Marcus has also been a member of the AESC - European Council since then.
