The selection of executives is a process in which many factors must be taken into account.

At the beginning of each process, we take a detailed look at our clients and the background of the appointment in question. We address all relevant points openly and then draw up a detailed requirements profile and, after consultation, a target company list.

After thorough research, supported by our experienced in-house research team, we contact suitable candidates. We see ourselves as ambassadors for our clients and enter into an open and respectful dialog with the candidates in order to ask the decisive questions. In addition to the many years of experience of our partners, we use diagnostic suitability models in the selection process to increase decision-making certainty for all sides.

After several detailed interviews, we draw up a meaningful confidential report. Our aim is always to pre-select candidates who meet the desired criteria, have the right motivation and fit in with our clients’ corporate culture.

In addition, we speak transparently with our clients at regular intervals about the progress of the project and provide feedback from the market. We accompany the candidates we recommend to initial meetings with our clients. Throughout the process, we act as a sparring partner and moderator, for example in contract negotiations.
