Astrid Meyer

Astrid holds a degree in business administration from the universities of Bonn and Cologne. After raising her sons and gaining almost 20 years of coaching expertise, including her role as team leader of a pool of female coaches, she understands the challenges of managers first-hand. As a trained systemic business coach and individual psychology consultant, she guides people to professional success and personal growth. Her task is to accompany people in leadership positions on topics such as problem-solving skills, common understanding of goals, equal action and meaningful cooperation in a business-oriented system in a solution- and resource-oriented manner. Together with our clients and their employees, she develops clear and practicable concerns and goals in advance. She supports our executive search consultants by carrying out psychometric procedures to predict personality and successful action in our clients' companies.
