<p>After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, Marcus worked for the Treuhandanstalt as HR manager of the Chemnitz branch office, where he was responsible for managing directors and board members of former state-owned enterprises (VEB). He then joined Kienbaum Partner, fulfilling his early career ambition to become an Executive Search consultant. Further positions in the industry included KornFerry International and Deininger Unternehmensberatung, but also several years on the “other side of the table” as HR manager of a logistics service provider. He founded <span class='firstcontent'>MEYER</span><span class='lastcontent'> UND SÖHNE</span> in 2009 and has been President of our international network, the <a href="https://eci-group.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>ECI GROUP</strong></a>, since 2019. Marcus has also been a member of the AESC &#8211; European Council since then.</p>

<p>Hubert is responsible for the chemicals, trade and construction as well as construction supply industries with MEYER SÖHNE. He holds a degree in civil engineering and has many years of experience in various areas of construction chemicals. He began his career in 1991 at Hüls AG, where he was responsible for technical service in Europe. He then moved to AKZO Nobel, where his responsibilities included managing the Schönox building adhesives division and the ELOTEX raw materials business. As Commercial Director, he was responsible for international sales and acted as Global Key Account Manager. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Sievert AG and Head of Sales and IT/Digitalization at Köster Bauchemie AG. At <span class='firstcontent'>MEYER</span><span class='lastcontent'> UND SÖHNE</span>, Hubert offers holistic consulting based on his extensive industry knowledge and in-depth digital expertise.      </p>

As a member of the Management Board, Ralf Mock was responsible for the Tableware Division of Villeroy &amp; Boch AG with production sites in Germany and Luxembourg. For the NACCO Materials Handling Group, Ralf Mock led the materials handling business for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region with production sites in the UK, the Netherlands and Italy as the Managing Director with sole responsibility before joining <span class='firstcontent'>MEYER</span><span class='lastcontent'> UND SÖHNE</span>.  </p>

<p>In 2009, Max joined the newly founded Executive Search Consultancy <span class='firstcontent'>MEYER</span><span class='lastcontent'> UND SÖHNE</span> as a working student during his A-levels. After graduating from high school, he spent some time in Los Angeles as an assistant to the managing director of a renowned sports club. He then gained further experience at <span class='firstcontent'>MEYER</span><span class='lastcontent'> UND SÖHNE</span> as a research consultant during his studies. After completing his degree in business administration at the University of Greifswald, he moved to Odgers Berndtson, one of the “Big Six” global Executive Search consultancies. At Odgers Berndtson, he quickly progressed through various roles from Associate to Team Leader for the German Manufacturing Practice, making him one of the youngest team leads in the company. He returned to      <strong><span class='firstcontent'>MEYER</span><span class='lastcontent'> UND SÖHNE</span> </strong>in 2022 and today leads search mandates for clients in the industrial sector. He also heads the company&#8217;s. </p>

<p>After completing his studies of Organizational Sociology, Political Science and Psychology at the Freie Universität of Berlin, Eike Schönau has been working in the fields of recruiting and talent management for more than 16 years. He began his professional career after graduation with an IT recruitment services firm in Munich, where he early on developed a passion for bringing the right people together with the right roles. Over the course of his career, he has held senior HR leadership positions with responsibility for building and further developing professional recruiting structures, employer branding and talent acquisition functions.<br/>Eike Schönau worked in the media sector as Senior HR Business Partner at Sky AG in Munich and later as Head of HR for Sky Austria in Vienna. He subsequently shaped the talent and recruiting strategy of Vetter Pharma in Ravensburg for many years in various leadership roles. Before joining Meyer &amp; Söhne, he most recently served as Director Talent Attractiveness &amp; Acquisition at Dürr AG in Bietigheim-Bissingen, where he was a member of the HR Board.     </p>
